Okaloosa County Florida
Broadband Internet Survey

Purpose:

This short survey is part of an Okaloosa County Broadband Initiative to determine the Internet/Broadband needs for residents and businesses in the north end of our County. Our primary goal is to identify unserved and underserved areas and determine a strategy for increasing the availability and accessibility of quality broadband internet services. The survey should be completed by a person who is 18 years or older and makes decisions about internet access.

Your participation is critical to improving service in your area. We must verify and document the poor quality of service in an area in order to spend federal funds there. Without these surveys we may be unable to bring broadband service to your area. Survey responses will only be used to identify unserved and underserved areas. No identifying information will be published. General results will be mapped and publicly shared in the aggregate with service providers and the community in order to identify feasible service solutions.
